Hello Brand Campers!

Here’s some important information to make Brand Camp as productive and fun for you as we can:

–  If you have any questions about your registration, please contact our meeting planner, Liz Leger, at liz@Aartrijk.com or (703) 404-6898.

– Attire for Brand Camp is business casual.

– Still need to make your hotel reservation? Click here for the special Brand Camp rate.

– Taxis ($45-55) and shuttles ($22-27) are available from O’Hare Aiport and Midway Airport to the Hotel Sax. Call the hotel for details: (312) 245-0333.

– Check out the Brand Camp agenda if you haven’t already.

– Pick up your welcome packet at hotel check-in. (If you are not staying at the Hotel Sax, you may pick it up Monday September 28 from 3-5:30pm at The Bar on the fourth floor of the hotel, or on Tuesday morning.)

– The Aartrijk team is available for one-on-one consultations to discuss your specific brand challenges. Appointments are still available from 4:00-5:00 on Tuesday September 29, or we can plan a phone call post-conference. Contact Maureen Wall Bentley at maureen@Aartrijk.com to schedule.

– After camp on Tuesday, September 29, enjoy a drink and hors d’oeuvres in the Crimson Lounge in the Hotel Sax from 5-7 pm, courtesy of your Brand Camp counselors. At that time you can set up dinner arrangements with fellow campers and camp counselors.

– Spouses/non-business guests can attend Brand Camp events (including our opening-night reception on Monday September 28, but not including the working lunch on Tuesday September 29). Please bring check or credit card for a spouse registration fee of $100.
