Charles has 20 years of business communications experience with multiple audiences, including customers, employees, analysts, investors and media. Starting as an editor at rating analyst firm A.M. Best Co., he went on to Home Life, where he initiated the company’s public relations efforts and oversaw employee and sales communications. At The MONY Group, Charles led media relations and financial communications, while also leading the annual report team. He spearheaded the organization-wide effort to reinvigorate the MONY brand for the 21st-century marketplace and NYSE listing.
